Prof Lynette Jacobs, is a Comparative and International Education scholar at the University of the Free State in South Africa. She is one of the workgroup leaders in the iKudu project (co-funded by European Commission Erasmus+ Programme) that seeks to develop capacity for curriculum transformation through internationalization. The project is developing a contextualised South African concept of internationalisation of the curriculum, which includes COIL. In particular, her workgroup focusses on the relationship between internationalisation, Africanisation and decolonisation.
